I graduated from the University of Sussex in 2012, and then attended the College of Law in Guildford where I completed the Legal Practice Course.
In 2014, I joined a regional firm where I gained experience working within the Court of Protection team as a Paralegal. I then commenced my Training Contract in 2017 and I qualified as a solicitor in May 2019.
During my training I spent time in Residential Property, Clinical Negligence, Court of Protection and Wills, Trusts and Probate. Now, as a solicitor in Wills, Trusts and Probate team, I assist clients with the preparation of Wills and Codicils, as well as assisting Executors in administering Estates and applying for Grants of Probate.
One of my specialist areas is preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney and drafting Court of Protection Deputyship applications. I also deal with the management of affairs of individuals who lack capacity.
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family and horse riding.
